Job Description

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our services to healthcare organisations while also engaging with potential candidates. This generalist role, based in our London office, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the UK healthcare sector by helping institutions secure the permanent medical professionals they need and attracting top talent to our recruitment pool.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract NHS trusts and private healthcare providers and engage potential candidates. Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns using Bullhorn and Herefish, tailoring content to different audience segments. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Advertising, Google Ads and LinkedIn to support lead generation for both clients and candidates. Collaborate with partner organisations to develop and execute cross-promotional campaigns, expanding our reach. Conduct and analyse original research on the NHS workforce to publish engaging branded white papers. Create SEO-optimised copy for the client blog and manage gated content on the website. Manage the company's annual social media client content planner and create content using Canva and Hootsuite. Collect and analyse marketing data and metrics monthly, including competitor activities. Create and distribute a monthly newsletter with relevant content for clients. Collaborate with the BD team to develop their personal branding and support the UK sales team with job advertisements. Organise in-person events and webinars to engage clients and candidates. Work with external partners to execute client and candidate video campaigns. Maintain close relationships with the marketing team in India and other relevant teams. Serve as the guardian of the Remedium brand and champion our company values. Utilise the recruitment CRM (Bullhorn) to identify useful data and trends for marketing purposes. Monitor digital activities of competitors and share a report with senior leadership monthly. Edit videos using iMovie or similar software as needed.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing client-focused marketing initiatives with candidate engagement strategies while maintaining brand consistency and leveraging data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Health or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B healthcare or recruitment sectors. Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and its staffing challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on crafting persuasive B2B messages. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, specifically: Canva for creating impactful presentations and marketing materials. WordPress for managing our client-facing website. Hootsuite for coordinating our social media presence on LinkedIn and other professional networks. Google Analytics for tracking and improving our digital marketing performance. Monday.com for project management and client campaign tracking. Experience with Bullhorn and Herefish (desirable). Editing experience on iMovie or similar software (desirable). Strategic thinking and data analysis skills to inform marketing decisions. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions.
