Description What The Role Is You’ll be joining the Marketing team as a Marketing Executive, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the "3 C’s" team (Campaigns, Content, Communications) in a dynamic and high-growth startup environment. This role will provide you with invaluable exposure to core marketing areas, including organic social media management, PR day-to-day management, and support for paid social ads. You'll collaborate with various departments and key leaders to amplify our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Organic Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our social media platforms to enhance brand presence. PR Day-to-Day Management: Handle daily PR tasks, including stakeholder communication and media outreach, to build and maintain our public image. Social Proof Development: Create and manage social proof strategies to establish credibility and trust with our audience. Support for Paid Social Ads: Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. General Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support various campaign initiatives and ensure their successful execution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You Have

B2B Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Analytics. Creative Skills: Ability to develop engaging content and manage organic social media. PR Management: Proficiency in handling day-to-day PR tasks and developing social proof. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions. You Are

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials. Go-Getter: Ambitious with a proactive approach to achieving marketing goals. Communicative: Strong communication and writing skills for effective collaboration. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment.
