We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive on behalf of one of our clients based in Newark. The primary focus of this role is to create, manage, and optimise content across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for several brands within the group. Analyse social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights on campaign effectiveness. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative. Create engaging content such as blogs, articles, and newsletters that align with the overall brand strategy. Work with an SEO agency to write content briefs aimed at increasing organic website traffic. Use tools like Canva for design work, Capcut for video editing, and scheduling platforms for efficient content management. Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns across various media. Regularly update content across the company's websites to keep information fresh and relevant. Assist with event marketing, attending expos and career events to represent the group. Support the development of overall marketing strategies for the brands. Additional marketing tasks will be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful content creation (please bring examples of social media growth and written content to the interview). Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A creative thinker with a passion for producing engaging content. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

Desirable Skills:

Experience managing websites, particularly using Squarespace. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and video editing software like Capcut. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on campaigns. Experience in the homes, construction, architecture, or manufacturing sectors is a plus. A keen interest in sustainability practices and an understanding of greenwashing.

Qualifications:

A-Level or equivalent in English Language, English Literature, or Creative Writing (Essential). A-Level or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies, or Media Studies (Essential).

Additional Requirements:

Full UK driving license.
