Marketing Executive Artemis Human Capital are assisting our client, a leading manufacturer, with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive. You will be joining a forward thinking, leading organisation, where you will design and deliver campaigns that build their brand from the ground up. With their ambitions for growth, this key hire will help create eye catching marketing content that will help drive sales growth. Role As Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative, full-funnel campaigns. From strategy to execution, you’ll be hands-on at every step. You’ll also leverage analytics to evaluate success and make data-driven improvements. Campaign Development & Execution Assist in shaping our marketing strategy to meet overarching goals. Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert audiences. Analyse the target market to recommend the most effective channels for engagement. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets. Manage media partnerships and ad placements across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent branding. Work closely with our digital marketing and social media teams to launch campaigns seamlessly. Analytics & Optimization Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Analyse consumer journeys, segment audiences, and test different approaches to improve conversion rates. Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and invoicing to maintain a clear view of your campaign’s success. Brand Stewardship Serve as the guardian of our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Challenge creative standards where needed to push our brand forward. Provide regular reports to measure performance against KPIs and refine strategies accordingly. Experience A degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience). Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results. A fast-paced, proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to take calculated risks and learn from them. Strong interpersonal skills—you can inspire and motivate everyone from warehouse staff to senior leadership.
