Job Description We are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team, with a strong focus on crafting compelling content for a range of audiences. You’ll play a key part in the creation and delivery of all content and communications across all channels and supporting the Marketing Manager, you’ll also help execute seasonal marketing campaigns and projects that align with broader business goals. You will be responsible for helping to bring the Oxford Royale brand to life, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetic and messaging, while driving engagement and conversions. This role is perfect for a creative marketer who thrives on crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences, while playing a key role in the execution of our content marketing strategy. You will be a key contributor to Oxford Royale’s ongoing success, helping to engage and inspire our audience across multiple channels. Oxford Royale is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and you will need to be proactive, highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Content creation (and delivery) for all B2C and B2B customer channels (email, web, print, webinars, editorial and other channels that may be required). Copywriting for all channels. Understanding the OR customer and ensuring tone of voice and brand messaging is engaging across all customer touch points. Respond to weekly data and reports to understand performance of content and optimise accordingly. Work with the Operations and Marketing teams to understand key product messages and ensure stories are captured and translated in an effective way in all content and communications. Support the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing with campaign and seasonal planning. Work with the Social Media Executive on channel alignment with messaging. Any other ad hoc marketing tasks that may be required. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Copywriter or Content Marketer, with at least 1 year in a similar role. Skilled in writing to create clear, concise and persuasive copy that drives action and engagement with appeal to target audiences. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams within the business. Strong organisational skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Experience with content management systems (CMS), Adobe creative suite and video editing software is desirable, although not essential. Position Details Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Weekend and out-of-hours work may be required. Role: Permanent Location: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with hybrid working options available upon agreement with HR. Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
