• Build brand awareness and maintain consistency across all communication channels. • Support marketing efforts for international offices and collaborate on key initiatives. • Design and produce marketing materials (flyers, posters, event tickets, etc.). • Develop and present tender presentations and materials for key clients. • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and report on activity. • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, analysing their effectiveness. • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and drive improvements. • Organize internal and external events, including charity initiatives. • Foster employee engagement through internal marketing campaigns and well-being initiatives. • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, such as agencies, venues, and photographers. The Person:
• Proven experience managing social media and creating high-impact content. • Proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics software such as Google Analytics. • Strong design skills and ability to create professional marketing materials. • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. • Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships. • Event planning experience is an advantage. • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering results.
