This is a key position as we embark on a period of change at the airport. Your key accountabilities will be: Key support for all aspects of aviation and retail marketing campaign development and delivery. Maintain strong professional relationships with all key stakeholders and existing airline and retail partners. Work with key stakeholders (PR/Communications/Social) to maximise exposure for London Stansted and key accounts (e.g. new store openings, airline inaugurals etc). Support and work with CAVU (digital function) on CRM content strategy, copywriting, development and supporting database sign-up incentives. Review, undertake, and roll out airport branding across key customer journey touch points (digital and physical) to improve the overall customer experience and brand recognition. Harness data to measure the effectiveness and reporting of marketing activity and continuously strive to optimise and improve efficiency of marketing spend. Support and manage key events such as airline inaugurals, team workshops and surprise and delight activations. Support in managing and delivering budgets. What will make you successful in the role?

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following: Experience within a marketing position, ideally within the retail, aviation or travel industries. Clear, effective and professional communication style. Experience working on multiple projects concurrently, with the ability to time manage and prioritise. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills.
