Reporting to the Head of Marketing + PR, you’ll play a key role in our Marketing Team, which includes a Senior Marketing Executive and a Graphic Designer. You’ll also work closely with specialist agencies for activities such as website development, paid advertising, and more—ensuring you’ll have the resources and support needed to excel. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Marketing Team, you will support the company’s marketing efforts across B2B, B2C, Employer Branding, and Internal Communications in the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities will include: Support the Marketing Team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead conversions. Create and schedule compelling content ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives, including emails, blogs, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), and graphics. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns, creating assets such as email banners, website graphics, and point-of-sale materials. Organise and develop case study content by coordinating with internal teams, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality case studies that showcase our product range. Manage email lists for different market segments, schedule email campaigns, and oversee digital forms and workflows through the company’s CRM system and digital channels. Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Assist internal teams by creating presentations, marketing materials, and tailored content that align with brand guidelines and meet client and employee needs. Provide support for administrative tasks, events, photoshoots, and collaboration with external stakeholders, agencies, and other Marketing Team initiatives to support team members as needed. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Marketing + PR, commensurate with the role and your capabilities. Graduate in a Third Level Marketing or Business Qualification 2 years or more Marketing Experience Competent in MS Office Previous experience with Software including: Click Dimensions, Canva, Cap cut, Microsoft Dynamics, Word Press and Facebook Business Suite Able to participate and contribute to a successful, committed and highly motivated team Desired Criteria
