Marketing Executive If you are a creative and highly organised individual with a passion for marketing and who would thrive on being part of a dynamic and vibrant working environment, this could be the role for you! Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive who thrives on being involved in all aspects of marketing and is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact across a wide range of marketing activities, including social media, internal communications, events and more. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Manage the group's social media presence, ensuring regular updates across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Handle PR activities, liaising with local and trade press. Research opportunities for new business growth and marketing initiatives. Manage corporate hospitality and sponsorship packages Draft and execute email campaigns. Ensure the company website is up to date with relevant content. Collaborate with Directors and the team to review and update marketing materials Coordinate group updates, including photoshoots and promotional videos. Ensure consistency and documentation of all marketing communications. Plan, organise, and attend group exhibitions and trade shows across multiple locations. Engage with prospective clients and partners regarding events. Attend Networking events as required Provide regular reports on sales, exhibitions, networking events, and campaigns. Evaluate business/industry publications for marketing opportunities. Collaborate with Directors to assess marketing performance and strategy progress. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management. Ability to analyse and report on marketing activities. Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners. A team player who thrives on working in a collaborative environment Based in Worcester, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £35k (depending on level of experience) and excellent additional benefits.
