You should also be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Eagerness to learn A can-do attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative Effective time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has an eye for detail A team player Experience in copywriting Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Interest in the housebuilding industry Industry experience is beneficial (e.g. Marketing interning/placement) Must have a full Right to Work in the UK Must have (or be working towards obtaining) a valid UK Driving License and a willingness to travel About Us
