The Position: As a Graduate Marketing Specialist you’ll collaborate with the sales and accounts team to produce marketing material that meets the teams goals, grow brand awareness and improve communication with new and existing clients. Your position will be varied and will include a huge opportunity to grow and develop your marketing skills. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious and a clear communicator, someone who is keen to learn and lean into their role. You’ll be given the opportunity to grow within the business and be a real leader within the organisation, this is a great chance to grow your career. This position will offer you a chance to hone in on your content skills, social media, copywriting, email marketing and general digital marketing skills. The position is hybrid with 2-3 days working out of Plymouth and comes with a bonus in relation to your performance.
