The Marketing Insights & ABM Manager is responsible for optimising the marketing tech stack, managing campaigns across platforms like HubSpot and Demandbase, and spearheading Account-Based Marketing initiatives. The role ensures smooth collaboration between marketing and sales, leveraging data-driven strategies to drive demand generation and deliver measurable business growth. What you will be doing:

Configure, manage, and integrate marketing tools like HubSpot and Demandbase to align with business goals. Optimise Demandbase for intent-based segmentation and ABM targeting. Maintain and optimise Marketing & Sales campaigns across HubSpot. Maintain the marketing tech stack to ensure it supports data integrity and seamless campaign execution. Develop and deliver tailored ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts in key verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, education). Partner with Portfolio Marketing Managers to define and track ABM campaign KPIs. Automate workflows and streamline processes to improve team efficiency and system usability. Lead initiatives to integrate new tools or optimize existing systems for better marketing outcomes. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Proven success in integrating HubSpot into sales and marketing workflows. Proven success in creating and deploying ABM campaigns with Demandbase (preferred). Familiarity with building metrics and analytics reports for multi-platform campaigns. Hands-on experience with paid media targeting and account segmentation using Demandbase or similar tools. Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase preferred) and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred). What can we offer you?
