The Role

As Brand and Marketing Lead, you are a pivotal member of the team, entrusted with overseeing and driving innovation; innovating the brand and media strategies across all platforms. Your role combines strategic insight with hands-on management to drive brand growth and enhance the company's visibility and engagement. By effectively supporting the BaM team and a diverse portfolio of commercial and strategic tasks, you embody the qualities of innovation and commitment to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & represent the Brand & Marketing department within the company. Responsible for delivering key commercially driven lead gen marketing campaigns and objectives. Developing innovative 'Transition' touch points to move leads generated from marketing to commercial/Sales teams for greater outcomes. Support in the planning, development and execution of core marketing activity, including: The BaM Yearly Marketing Strategy & Targets. Champion of the Brands at all customer touchpoints. Competitors research. Testing new activity to drive innovation. Delegation and workflow management. Partnership liaison. Budget management & reporting. Management of core scorecard metrics. Reporting on performance to key stakeholders/HoD. Point of contact for external stakeholder communications. Potential to deliver internal and external training. Updating and creating landing pages on Wordpress. Drive personal brand and present insight thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Minimum Requirements

The successful Marketing Lead should ideally be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience with Digital Marketing techniques, tools, and platforms. Experience with Social Media platforms, both user-facing and technical skills. Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A passion & aptitude for Digital Marketing. A sense of initiative and personal responsibility. Keen ability to problem-solve and find solutions. Excellent prioritisation, time, and workload management skills. Attend work-related events when required to do so. Ability to work with Apple software.

The Marketing Lead will be rewarded with a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
