Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic marketing team, defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of both digital and traditional campaigns. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and external partners, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets. Data & Analytics:

Use data and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize marketing efforts, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and operations, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies across different business units, ensuring a cohesive brand presence. Digital Campaign Leadership:

Lead digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI. Agency & Partner Management:

Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and performance. Board Reporting:

Regularly present marketing performance, insights, and strategic plans to the board, providing clear and actionable recommendations for improvement.

The right individual: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies. Expertise in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights to optimize campaigns and hit targets. Demonstrated success in PR and marketing engagement strategies. Experience working with CRM systems. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Experience liaising with and reporting to charity boards or senior-level stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving key performance targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
