Day to day management of direct reports. Advise Partners and Team Leaders on marketing objectives. Regularly undertake market research and competitor analysis. Develop and implement Marketing plans. Website maintenance. Maintaining all internal and external relationships. Deliver regular marketing performance reports.
Skills required:
Degree (minimum 2:2), or equivalent marketing qualification. Experience of strategic marketing planning and budgeting. Experience of managing successful marketing campaigns from idea generation and conception to implementation and measurement. Ability to manage and develop others, flexing style and approach to suit different needs/personalities. Build collaborative and trusted relationships with people at all levels, internally and externally. Intermediate IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner). Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS).
