You As our Marketing Manager, you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring innovative ideas, a strong grasp of marketing automation, content strategy, and the ability to build data-driven campaigns. Reporting to our VP of Sales and collaborating with an experienced marketing advisor, you’ll help us craft a brand that resonates with our customers and drives engagement. Responsibilities Content Development & Strategy: Design, create, and optimise content across blogs, emails, social media, and our website to engage and convert. Align content with Ingredifind’s brand, business goals, and customer interests. Independently produce visuals to support your content and track performance through analytics. Marketing Automation: Manage and execute automated marketing campaigns via HubSpot. Develop and optimise workflows, customer journeys, and nurture campaigns, using data to refine campaigns and increase engagement. Buyer Persona Development: Define and refine customer personas to shape content and campaign strategies. Gather insights from sales and support teams to develop targeted messaging that drives conversion. General Marketing Activities: Assist with multi-channel marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on performance. Support events, product launches, partnerships, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 3 Years of Experience : Proven expertise in marketing, with a focus on content creation, marketing automation, and campaign management, ideally within SaaS or hospitality sectors. Content Strategy & Execution : Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a track record of producing engaging, multi-format content that drives results. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative Problem-Solver: A proactive, self-starter who brings innovative ideas to the table to improve engagement and customer experiences. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HubSpot or similar platforms for marketing automation and campaign optimisation. Collaborative Spirit : Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bonus Points Experience in hospitality or SaaS. Understanding of food allergies and/or dietary preferences Familiarity with CRM systems, like HubSpot. Knowledge of B2B marketing and SEO best practices. Practicalities This is a remote position based in the UK, with occasional travel to London for team meetings and client engagements. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate closely with colleagues, both virtually and in person, fostering strong relationships across the company.
