We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a unique blend of product marketing and event management expertise to lead key initiatives that drive ATS's growth and brand impact across the EU. In this role, you'll be the strategic lead and single point of contact for flagship events in the EU, where you'll not only manage high-impact event experiences but also amplify Amazon Freight Partner and Amazon Relay brands by creating valuable engagement and educational opportunities for customers and partners. Alongside these event responsibilities, you'll spearhead product marketing campaigns that attract new customers, aligning closely with our program's business objectives. With a focus on delivering compelling content and data-driven strategies, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both regionally and globally, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Amazon's mission. Key job responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven product marketing campaigns for Amazon Freight Partner and Amazon Relay, with a focus on customer acquisition and media planning to attract new customers and grow brand presence across the EU. Build and execute targeted acquisition strategies, leveraging various media channels, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences. Lead, plan, and execute flagship events that serve as pivotal engagement points for our customers and partners, ensuring events align with Amazon's sustainability goals and strategic business objectives. Define event themes and program elements, managing the development of speaker sessions, content creation, and pre- and post-event strategies to maximize impact and audience engagement. Manage end-to-end event content, from speaker selection and session planning to post-event amplification efforts, enhancing engagement and promoting key brand messages. Conduct post-event reporting and analysis, measuring ROI, analyzing data for insights, and identifying opportunities for future improvements to strengthen event effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, and partners, driving global consistency and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, they craft compelling strategies, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Thriving on creativity and data-driven decision-making, they shape the future of ATS through innovative marketing endeavors, continuously optimizing and delivering measurable results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. Experience in marketing or marketing research.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs. Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
