Job: Marketing Manager - B2B Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid Salary: Circa £50,000 Contract: Permanent 37.5 We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager. The role's purpose is to create engaging B2B marketing campaigns and materials to generate interest and leads in Innecto’s consultancy services and software products, through events, campaigns, blogs, and social media. Innecto is a key brand within the Personal Group portfolio, the largest independent pay and reward consultancy in the UK, providing support to companies ranging from large multi-nationals to dynamic high-growth SMEs. The ideal candidate will have a broad marketing background, alongside in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to drive lead generation and conversion. What you'll be doing: Work collaboratively with Innecto’s principal consultants to understand the proposition and create and execute a market strategy for generating high-quality leads. Manage the creation of integrated demand generation campaigns for prospects and clients. Responsible for generating and converting leads. Oversee and enhance various marketing channels, including paid advertising, PPC management with our agency, and other digital channels including social media, to maximize impact. Manage lead generation marketing campaigns using CRM tools while implementing a data strategy to ensure precise targeting of potential clients. Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce is an advantage. Collaborate with the in-house marketing team, marketing agencies, and partners to enhance engagement and convert prospects within the sales funnel. Track and analyze lead generation activities and work with relevant teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Boost demand generation and brand awareness for Innecto by overseeing all aspects of event management, from planning and execution to post-event follow-up. Work with the wider marketing team to help define proposition messages, content, design, and build brand awareness and campaigns, and create and distribute content across all channels. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement a content calendar and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent and effective delivery. Work with relevant parties to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support departmental and commercial reporting requirements. What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of lead/demand generation marketing experience at an operational level. Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or qualified by significant experience. Previous experience in the professional services or management consulting sector is highly desired, with familiarity in selling to HR professionals being an advantage but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences across various mediums. Strong project management and interpersonal skills – with a real “completer-finisher” strength. Ability to develop and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including our industry partners and marketing agency contacts. No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
