Crowdfunder is on the lookout for an energetic, creative, and purpose-driven Marketing Manager to help us amplify the stories behind some of the UK’s most incredible fundraising projects. You’ll create a strategy to engage and grow our vibrant community of project owners and supporters, driving connection and positive change. The role This is a dynamic role that blends strategic planning, content creation, and data analysis. You’ll lead the way in creating a communications strategy that connects with and inspires our audience of project creators and supporters. You’ll share the stories of projects that are making a positive impact, foster loyal and meaningful relationships with our community, and help to expand Crowdfunder’s reach. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver an engaging CRM strategy for our project supporters, encouraging more people to back multiple projects. Build and engage a cohort of Brand Ambassadors who will help spread the word about Crowdfunder’s mission and impact. Design and execute a CRM strategy for project owners, ensuring their success on our platform. Lead targeted lead-generation campaigns, attracting medium-sized charities and not-for-profits that align with our mission, and track results to continuously improve. Coordinate and manage our CRM calendar, working closely with the marketing team to keep messaging consistent, meaningful, and impactful. About you You’ve got solid experience planning and managing a CRM strategy, and you’re comfortable with data analysis to optimise campaigns and track performance. You’re a relationship-builder, and know how to inspire trust and collaboration. You’re creative yet strategic, with the ability to craft messages and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You’re a self-starter who’s adaptable and excited to learn new things as you go. You take initiative, spot opportunities to improve, and work well in a small but dynamic team. Crowdfunder’s mission aligns with your personal values and you have first-hand experience of making a positive difference. In return Salary : £30,000-45,000 Hours : Full time Location : This is a hybrid remote role, with occasional travel to meet the team in the South West. We have offices in Dorset and Cornwall and meet four times a year as a full team. Your answers to our questions are as important as your CV - and we don’t mind if you use AI to enhance your answers, but you’ll stand out if we can see your personality shine through! Screening call: This will be a 20-30 minute video call with Maria (People & Places) to get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next role, to answer any questions you might have, and to make sure we align on all the basics. Technical interview: This will be a one-hour interview with Sam (Growth Marketing Director) and another member of the team. We’ll ask you to prepare some kind of practical task in advance, which you’ll present and discuss. This might be a short presentation where you explain your approach to a specific scenario or a list of questions to think about in advance. Values interview: The final stage is a one-hour conversation with two more members of the Crowdfunder team, where the focus will be who you are as a team member. We’ll talk about your personal strengths and approach to work, how you communicate and collaborate with others, and alignment with our company values: united for good, think creatively, always be human, and empower greatness.
