Role Profile Our Performance Media Team has the opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take up their latest career challenge within a leading name in the holiday industry. Key Responsibilities Reporting into Head of Performance Media, our newest Marketing Manager will become a key player within our Performance Media team, responsible for: Attending departmental meetings and representing the department at internal and external meetings. Recommending changes to systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the site operations. Continually review operational practices to ensure best practice is delivered at all times. Working in accordance with GDPR and ensuring all new systems and data are secure. Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers, or owners. Core Accountabilities Co-ordination of app marketing efforts across all channels. Accountability for budgets in excess of 2 million pounds per annum. Overall booking generation and user acquisition. Being part of a continuous experimentation workflow. POC and management of the App Marketing agency responsible for supporting App Store Optimisation (ASO). Leadership Identify, share and spread best practices throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business, both internal and external such as suppliers, HOD’s, Directors, etc. Demonstrate a high level of confidence and ability in managing and resolving conflict. Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box. Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role. Show confidence and conviction with decision-making, taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes. Personal Management Effectively manage own time, resources, and journey plans to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. Role model values, philosophy, and business goals and objectives. Constantly seek out opportunities for self-development. Remain coachable at all times. Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
