Role Summary As a Marketing Manager at TOMM Jewellery, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we communicate our brand to the world. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to develop creative campaigns, produce captivating content, and work closely with our founder to bring the brand’s vision to life. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for storytelling and driving results, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing strategies to grow TOMM Jewellery’s online presence and drive e-commerce sales. Create high-quality content, including video production, social media posts, and blog articles, that align with TOMM’s tone of voice. Oversee and grow TOMM Jewellery’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), building meaningful engagement and a loyal community. Write compelling, on-brand copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, website content, and more. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo to nurture our audience and boost conversions. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet performance goals. Improve SEO and SEM performance to enhance organic traffic and search visibility. Analyse marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve strategies. Collaborate with the founder and small team to align marketing efforts with TOMM’s overall mission and goals. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and e-commerce. Expertise in video production and editing to create compelling visual stories. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills that align with TOMM’s playful, romantic, and inspiring tone of voice. Proficiency in social media management and growth strategies across key platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Knowledge of paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance analytics. Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-business environment. A genuine passion for jewellery, design, and connecting with people. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant areas. Experience working with small businesses, start-ups, or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands. At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a product-based brand.
