Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for conferences/exhibitions and a knack for driving engagement and attendance? Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their event portfolios and create impactful campaigns and memorable experiences . Salary £38K-£42K basic plus £6K bonus based in Chelmsford. About their business:

You would be joining a fast growing conference/exhibition business. They have doubled some of their events in the last 2 years and are launching new events into new areas. This would be a great time to join, you would have access to lots of data and a full tech stack to help you achieve your aims. They are independently owned and highly entrepreneurial and not afraid to try new things. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning : Develop and execute marketing strategies for a variety of high-profile events. Campaign Management : Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement. Content Creation : Produce compelling marketing content, including digital media, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, event operations, and external partners, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with a focus on event marketing. People Management:

Experience in managing junior staff members. Skills : Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and analytics tools. Creativity : Ability to create innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization : Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What is Offered:
