Based in Coventry – 3 days onsite £50,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus
Are you experienced in the utilities, energy or housebuilding sector, working in a standalone marketing position within B2B? Looking to speak to Marketing & Communications Managers to join a fast-growing, well-established company, to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, drive brand awareness, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual marketing & communications plans. Create targeted campaigns across organic/paid search, social media, content, and events. Identify customer personas and develop engaging marketing collateral. Manage CRM and digital marketing tools for demand generation. Lead PR efforts in collaboration with media and agencies. Oversee website and social media content to enhance brand positioning.
About You: Extensive experience in B2B marketing & communications. Proficiency in CRM, paid search, social media, and content marketing. Strong copywriting, campaign management, and strategic planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced growth environment. Knowledge of the utilities, energy, or housebuilding sector is a plus.
