About the role:

As Marketing Manager for DENZA Brand, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our brand presence in the UK market. This strategic position requires exceptional marketing leadership to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and sales growth through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with European and global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging while developing localized marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, aligning with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines. Brand Promotion and Awareness:

Collaboratively work with the European PR and Event team for all marketing activities execution in the region such as National Events, advertising, and digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and influence. Public Relations:

Maintain a good relationship with press, media, agencies, social influencers in relation with the PR Manager to ensure visibility and reputation of the brand and product stories and handle public relations issues promptly. Dealer Marketing Management:

Supervise Dealer Marketing Plans and executions and provide dealers with marketing support and guidance. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research on the region and monitor competitor activities. Conduct event analysis to understand the effectiveness of action and feed this information into the marketing plan process. Budget Management:

Take responsibility for steering the marketing budget, ensure the rational use of the marketing funds, and optimize the ROI. Brand Ambassador:

Be the brand Ambassador of the region within the industry and key media. Localisation and Compliance Management:

Take responsibility for ensuring dealer websites, signage, and any marketing materials are localized, up to date, and in compliance with BYD CI policy. Additional Responsibilities:

Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Manager and senior management to support the company’s growth objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 8 years experience in automotive or EV sector marketing Proven track record in strategic planning and execution, budget management and ROI optimization Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital and experiential platforms Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
