How You’ll Make an Impact Epsilon is looking for a strategic and creative EMEA Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to join and support our London-based Marketing team. This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including digital marketing, content creation, and event management. As part of the EMEA marketing team, you will play a key role in executing country-specific digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content production, and coordinating European events. The EMEA Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate with a team of seven global marketing professionals. This is a hybrid position based in London,
requiring two days per week in the office .
What You’ll Achieve Develop digital strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation, drive qualified traffic and generate leads Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels Use advanced metrics to measure the success and performance of marketing campaigns Create and develop ABM Marketing strategies with the European sales teams Produce content pieces such as blog pieces and thought leadership pieces Support content pieces requests and developing them when needed Create an efficient process to work with product stakeholders Manage bespoke UK and FR roundtables, including guest lists, prior, during and post-event activity Support at larger industry events in London and Europe as required
Who You Are What you’ll bring with you:
3-5+ years' experience in a similar role and/or equivalent experience in general marketing, campaign management or marketing ops Experience producing engaging SEO-optimized content and managing successful paid media strategies Good knowledge, or a strong desire to learn of advertising and martech industry, loyalty, retail media landscapes and basic understanding of common industry workloads such as CDP, Incrementality, First party Data.
