We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team at strategic and tactical implementation levels. The role has both an internal (working collaboratively with delivery teams) and external (customer facing and working with partners) focus.

As the key point of contact for the delivery of sales and marketing activity, you will be friendly and approachable with the proven ability to manage your time well. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity.

Your role and responsibilities will include: Plan and lead NFU Energy’s marketing strategies to drive sustainable sales growth within existing business sectors, leveraging the strength of the NFU brand and the expertise of our teams. Ensure all marketing activities align with commercial objectives and reflect the brand’s values and reputation. Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring collaborative efforts lead to measurable outcomes. Plan and undertake all marketing activities, including the NFU Energy website, brand awareness and sales campaign activity, ensuring effective planning, execution, and evaluation to drive a measurable return on investment (ROI). Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness in both existing and new sectors, particularly manufacturing and the public sector. Build a future recruitment plan to grow the marketing team when budget/strategy is approved. Be accountable for the end-to-end marketing process. Provide up-to-date and robust marketing reports to the directors monthly.

To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a marketing role with a strategic focus. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

You will also need to: Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities. Work with a wide range of departments and all levels of staff. Be passionate about contributing to the growth and perception of the company. Always portray a professional image of NFU Energy.

In return, you will receive a salary of £40-45,000 per annum, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), Simply Health Cash Plan, NFU membership, and more.

You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support. Our company values are employee-focused; we believe in nurturing professionalism and resourcefulness in a united and inclusive work environment.

To apply please submit a cover letter and CV with your application.
