As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio, including branded and own-label ambient goods. You’ll work closely with the Commercial, Insights, and Technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, with a focus on building brand equity and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Drive innovation by identifying market trends and opportunities for new product development (NPD). Enhance brand visibility through digital platforms, social media, and targeted advertising. Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency and impact. Collaborate across departments to produce compelling marketing materials and sales collateral. Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI. What We’re Looking For Experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG. A 2.1 degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field. A proactive self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Creative, articulate, and results-driven, with a passion for food and innovation.
