Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead content production, research, and strategy development for our B2B and B2C markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founding team and other key members, driving impactful campaigns that align with our shared goals. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, engaging content for B2B and B2C audiences, including social media posts, brochures, infographics and presentations. Design:
Create visually appealing designs using SaaS platforms such as Canva and Gamma to support marketing campaigns. Social Media Research:
Monitor competitors and market trends to inform and enhance AVERio’s content strategy. AI Integration:
Use AI tools to generate images and enhance content creation efforts. Market Research:
Conduct research to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and potential growth opportunities in the health and social care sector. Collaboration:
Work closely with the founding team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with AVERio’s vision and strategic objectives. Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships. Performance Analysis:
Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns to optimise future initiatives. Key Skills and Qualities Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. Experience with design tools like Canva or Gamma and a keen eye for aesthetics. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, particularly for research and content dissemination. Knowledge of AI tools for image generation and content enhancement. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
