About the Role

As the Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success in these markets. Working closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to establish our brand as a market leader in the region. You will be instrumental in adapting our global brand identity to the specific needs of the German and Austrian markets, ensuring alignment with our innovative ethos and high standards.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a blend of digital and classical marketing tools, collaborate with international teams across Europe and the USA, and directly impact the growth of our brands in these key markets. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Manager to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Germany and Austria. Establish effective communication and positioning for the brand in the region, ensuring alignment with global identity. Manage local retail requirements and shop-in-shop (SIS) setups, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams. Organize and oversee events, including retailer training, trade shows, consumer events, and retailer demonstrations. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to create promotional materials, manage stock, and place orders as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with German and Austrian influencers and ambassadors, creating structured programs for content generation and product seeding. Oversee the local social media agency, including strategy development, day-to-day communication, and monthly reporting. Assist in creating classical marketing assets like flyers, catalogues, and POS materials, including writing and translating German copy. Collaborate with the local PR agency to develop content for consumer and special-interest magazines. Build and grow marketing relationships with key accounts to strengthen brand loyalty and establish the brand as the go-to choice for BBQ products in the German and Austrian markets. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on Germany and/or Austria. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in event planning, social media management, and influencer programs. Proficiency in creating marketing materials and working with design teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key accounts, agencies, and team members. Desirable Skills

Previous experience with retail marketing and shop-in-shop (SIS) management. Familiarity with PR and media outreach in German-speaking markets. A background in working within fast-paced, international, or tech-focused companies. Knowledge of the BBQ or culinary industry is a plus. What We Offer
