Glasgow/ Hybrid Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 Our professional services client is expanding and launching a brand-new division to complement their group offering. As they get ready to launch in March/April, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them and head up marketing delivery. This role could be the best of both worlds, as you’ll be joining a well-established organisation with the autonomy of delivering on a new business stream. What will you be responsible for, day to day?
Taking the marketing campaign management off their current agency supplier and delivering a growth strategy, building their pipeline via all on and offline channels. Campaign planning and delivery: You’ll be allocated a budget and expected to lead on the best use of channels, directing the Senior Management Team using your expert knowledge of B2B2C lead generation and brand building. Copywriting and creation of communications will be about 25% of this role. Social media, out of home display, events, and collaborations will all be part of their marketing strategy, of which you will guide on all these areas. Alongside digital and PR support, ensuring all marketing channels are aligned, on brand, and delivering the projected growth metrics. We’re looking to speak to experienced Marketing Managers in West/Central Scotland who enjoy a varied and fast-paced lead generation role. You will have experience working independently delivering campaigns, and you’ll be confident leading on marketing strategy and managing agencies. This is a professional and lively working environment where you’ll be expected to work as part of the wider ops team in a productive and creative way.
