We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. As Marketing Manager, you will work with our local home care branches to lead and deliver all aspects of our online and offline marketing, covering both the attraction of clients and recruitment of carers. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Carefound Home Care Work with branches on local marketing plans covering the attraction of clients and recruitment of carers Manage and lead marketing campaigns on a variety of media including SEO, PPC, social media, email and print Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and channels Create and manage high-quality content such as blogs, client testimonials, case studies, images and videos Create and post engaging content on social media accounts in partnership with local branches Manage our website, produce engaging content and undertake SEO activities (keywords, link building etc.) Maintain our online profile including on care platforms, review websites and recruitment platforms Create marketing literature to promote the organisation (brochures, case studies, press releases, award entries etc.) Manage our internal communications platform including content and access Where necessary, attend external events to enhance the organisation’s presence Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth Respond quickly to support requests and prioritise accordingly Requirements

Prior experience as a marketing manager Degree level qualification, or equivalent, in marketing Proven experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, creative design, managing social media, and web analytics Proficiency in Microsoft and marketing software (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, InDesign) Strong knowledge and expertise in content writing Good understanding of market research techniques Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills Warm, patient and compassionate but also emotionally resilient and calm under pressure Enthusiastic and positive 'can do' attitude Flexibility to travel where required Apply online today and we'll be in touch!
