www.sightlineclimate.com About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally organized Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager has two primary responsibilities: 1) drive client value and engagement, and 2) drive Sightline awareness and growth. To achieve these outcomes, you’ll be expected to plan and manage marketing channels and drive pre-defined key results across: virtual and in-person events, client emails, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Editorial, and Research teams to drive value for and engagement with our customers. Key Job Focus Own marketing channels with a focus on increasing client adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction, as well as driving Sightline brand awareness. Particular emphasis on exceptional project management skills and organizing best-in-class large- and small-scale B2B events. Responsibilities Maintain central Marketing calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and project sequencing to deliver against plans. Plan, execute and project manage industry-leading virtual and in-person international Sightline-owned events. Manage participation in and contribution to external events and reports. Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Editorial teams. Plan and execute Sightline client email channel, driving client engagement. Proactively identify new marketing opportunities to address our strategic goals. Track and report on marketing metrics across channels. Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and industry trends. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing - with a specific focus on Digital and In-person Events. Proven track record of exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proven track record of driving results for engagement across events, email, and LinkedIn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. A Plus Experience across a variety of email platforms. Knowledge of climate tech and sustainability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Interest in financial markets, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.
