Marketing Manager - Law Firm Location: Manchester Salary: £45,000 to £50,000

Our Client, an award-winning law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their renowned Clinical Negligence team. This role offers the chance to work with a team recognized nationally as one of the best in its field, dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by substandard medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an annual marketing plan tailored to the Clinical Negligence department. Collaborate with external digital agencies to plan and evaluate digital campaigns, including PPC, content marketing, and website performance. Oversee and update the department's website pages, ensuring effectiveness and relevancy. Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and case studies, to enhance the team's digital presence. Manage social media strategies in partnership with the firm's Social Media & Content Manager, including organic and paid campaigns. Support PR efforts by identifying and sharing compelling media stories. Foster and develop relationships with supported charities, arranging initiatives and events to raise the department's profile. Organize and manage departmental events, seminars, and conferences. Assist with legal directory submissions, award entries, and departmental marketing budget planning. Maintain and update the department's professional contact database. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Experience: Proven marketing experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within professional services. Digital marketing expertise: Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and social media platforms. Content creation skills: Ability to produce high-quality written and visual materials. Interpersonal skills: Confident communicator capable of building relationships at all levels. Organizational skills: Adaptable, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
