Marketing Manager, from a business to business background, with proven success at lead generation marketing campaigns. You will be
joining us on a
full-time , permanent basis and in return you will receive an annual salary of
up to £35,000 plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £5000 per annum, paid quarterly. What we do Stonebridge is one of the largest independent mortgage and protection networks in the UK. We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional to plan and execute lead generation programs to fill our pipeline. Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be remote-based but be able, and willing to travel when required. What you’ll do Work with the Head of Marketing, and in collaboration with our AR and DA recruitment teams, set and deliver the recruitment marketing strategy. Ownership of all recruitment marketing activity across a range of mediums including print, email, social media, PPC, SEO, and events. Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce all supporting collateral and content needed. Any other tasks delegated by line manager to support the team and company as required. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a team player with: A degree-level qualification in marketing or professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent). At least two years B2B marketing experience at a Marketing Manager level. Self-motivated and commercially astute with a proven history of meeting targets. Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening. You’ll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, focusing marketing resources in the areas that provide the best returns. And, ideally, but not vitally: Experience in the mortgage, protection, or property industry. Experience working with remote teams.
