Are you a talented marketing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager on behalf of our client in Lincoln. In this role, you'll lead their marketing efforts with a focus on Product, Trade, and Brand Marketing. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll deliver impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth across B2B and B2C channels. We're particularly interested in candidates with a product-based background; experience in FMCG is a plus, but not essential. If you have a proven track record of managing trade marketing initiatives, leading product launches, and enhancing brand visibility, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Core Duties

Oversee the execution of marketing plans, including trade promotions, product campaigns, and digital content. Collaborate with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. Manage the creation and distribution of point-of-sale materials and other marketing assets. Drive brand development and product positioning to strengthen market presence. Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Attributes / Experience

Strong experience in Product, Trade, and Brand Marketing. A background in a product-focused environment; FMCG experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively. What We Offer
