This will be a 20-30 minute video call with Maria (People & Places) to get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next role, to answer any questions you might have, and to make sure we align on all the basics. Technical interview:
This will be a one-hour interview with Sam (Growth Marketing Director) and another member of the team. We’ll ask you to prepare some kind of practical task in advance, which you’ll present and discuss. This might be a short presentation where you explain your approach to a specific scenario or a list of questions to think about in advance. Values interview:
The final stage is a one-hour conversation with two more members of the Crowdfunder team, where the focus will be who you are as a team member. We’ll talk about your personal strengths and approach to work, how you communicate and collaborate with others, and alignment with our company values: united for good, think creatively, always be human, and empower greatness.
