This is an exciting time to join the firm – they have recently appointed a wonderful new Head of Marketing & Business Development who is championing the evolution of the function, so there is real scope long term and an opportunity to make an impact with a group of highly engaged stakeholders. The remit of the Marketing Manager role includes:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, from inception through to delivery, measurement, and evaluation. Utilise and enhance the marketing technology stack. Write and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the firm's tone of voice. Manage the firm's social media channels. Brief and manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative campaigns. Oversee legal directories and awards submissions. Provide regular reporting on the performance of campaigns, social media, website, and other channels. Advise Partners and Associates on achieving their business and marketing objectives. Develop and manage in-house marketing training and inductions. The successful candidate for the role will have: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within a law firm or financial/professional services. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and measurement. CIM qualified (or equivalent), studying towards CIM, or willing to work towards qualification. Experience with CMS and CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics systems. Experience in planning, managing, and optimising digital/social media. Experience in planning, managing, and delivering online and in-person events. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Well-developed organisational and confident communication skills. Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. Pragmatic, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both in a team and individually as required. High professional standards. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
