ACS International Schools is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the marketing team based at our Egham Campus. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and supporting the Head of School at ACS Egham, this role will be responsible for marketing to current and prospective families to meet enrolment and retention targets. The Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to achieving ACS’ growth goals in the UK. Principal Accountabilities: Contribute to developing annual marketing objectives for ACS Egham to drive enrolment of circa 150-200 new students every year. Collaborate with Head of Marketing on evolving the prospective family customer journey/experience (CRM) and help integrate new approaches and communications. Manage ACS Egham social media channels together with Head of Brand & Digital, sourcing content from across the school and aligning with agreed content strategy. Champion parent communications together with the Head of School, working with school stakeholders to elevate the parent/school communication customer experience. Work with the Head of Marketing to define key messages with key school stakeholders and staff ensuring all staff are updated with Marketing plans. Gather insights and with Head of Marketing execute effective, market-leading on and offline campaigns to drive enrolment. Manage all Open Events and support Admissions on future schools’ events. Engage with school leaders and Education Strategy Services to evolve the ACS Egham proposition. Collate requirements for marketing collateral and assets and work with the brand team to deliver high quality school marketing materials. Update and make changes to the school website, where applicable. Source editorial stories and content to support PR and parent communication. Evaluate all available data, surveys, and online sources, and monitor competitor activity (campaigns, social media, PR and event). Build a relationship with the PSO to build insights, engagement, and an understanding of perceptions towards the school. Evaluate and analyse campaign activity, optimize, and suggest improvements. Own and manage the HS Graduation event and campus events. Review and approve key school tactical communications e.g. curriculum guide and assist with school materials as required. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Marketing professional with demonstrable experience 3+ years of digital & social campaign marketing. Experience of managing social media accounts. Data rational with the ability to analyse. Ability to build positive relationships. Good project management skills with an eye for detail and an ability to see things through. Start Date:

January/February 2025 Working Pattern:

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
