Product Marketing Manager East Surrey- Hybrid and flexible working (close to station + free parking) £50,000 + Bonus 3Search are delighted to be partnered with a multi-million pound D2C global consumer products company in the specialist retail sector. For over 50 years they have sold their products D2C through traditional advertising and more recently, online. This is a brand new role due to company growth and expansion; reporting into the Product Director you will own one of the key product categories for the business and help drive the category forward, taking full control of everything from boosting sales to creating amazing marketing strategies to make the products shine. You'll be coming up with fresh campaign ideas, digging into data and managing stock levels- you will call the shots but working closely alongside top managers and directors. Channels including a mix of print, social, digital and email/CRM but they're always up for trying new things so any ideas you have will be very welcome. Your responsibilities will include: Campaign Planning:

Diving into the data, spotting opportunities, and creating campaigns across print, digital, and maybe even TV. You’ll be the mastermind behind it all! Advertising:

Whether you’re writing copy or collaborating with talented writers, you’ll craft ads that stand out and get people talking. Budgeting:

Keeping a close eye on the numbers, making sure your category hits its sales and cost targets. Stock Management:

You’ll design and run the ordering strategy, ensuring everything runs smoothly without overstocking. Supplier Negotiation:

You’ll be the one chatting with suppliers from around the world, getting the best deals and delivery times. Customer Communication:

Working closely with customer service and operations teams to keep customers in the loop and happy. Ideal skills and capabilities: You’re someone who’s ready to jump in, take the reins, and own your work. You’ve got experience and passion for all things marketing and /or product management, and you’re itching to take on full responsibility for your own category. You’re great with people, love a good challenge, and you’ve got a sharp eye for spotting opportunities.
