Your primary objectives will be to generate strategic and tactical campaigns that the IFS regional teams can execute with the primary goal of generating newly qualified opportunities. You will also need to support the progression of those opportunities through targeted campaigns that align with the TAM and sales focus. Your work will also support increasing brand awareness in target segments and key verticals with the long-term strategy to further grow the FSM pipeline and new business wins. You will also work closely with the Install base marketing team to further grow customer accounts through the upsell of FSM. Set a marketing plan aligned to the FSM business plan and global marketing objectives. Ensure the decided strategy and tactics follow the agreed Go-To-Market (GTM) and territory plans and integrate with related functions, specifically sales. This will require a combination of outbound and inbound marketing motions. Manage a healthy pipeline driven by lead generation in the core geographies and industries that IFS focuses on (per the GTM and territory plans). This will require working in a matrix organization with field marketers and BD teams scaling the activities of the central SMBU marketing team. This role is the custodian in ensuring that IFS’s value propositions, differentiation, and leadership in FSM is brought to life in marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) activations as well as through sales and business development enablement. Collaborate with industry marketing teams to position FSM effectively within industry campaigns and oversee their effective delivery to build the pipeline. Design and manage production of high value short and long form content that supports regional customer acquisition and revenue goals. Act as FSM marketing advisor for SEO, website and customer stories and champion a focus on FSM within these initiatives. Monitor, review and report on all FSM marketing activity and results. Support FSM business unit with pipeline, market and segment insight and analysis. Budget responsibility. Plan, forecast and submit budget requirements. Qualifications

Line manager experience is essential. Strategic and analytical capabilities for short term wins and long term success. Strong relationship building skills. Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization. Strategic and operational focus/balance. Effective verbal and written communication of English. Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills. Experience of B2B marketing. Competence Preferences: Experience of working in the software industry. Understanding of Field Service Management technology. Knowledge and appreciation of enterprise cloud software. Education: University degree with a business or marketing degree (preferred). Professional Experience: Experience in a B2B marketing environment working with strategic marketing, preferably within the software industry. Project management. Budget responsibility.
