This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager, based in York, to shape and execute the strategic marketing direction for a group of well-established brands. The role is pivotal in driving brand recognition, increasing customer engagement, and delivering revenue growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with the organisation's business objectives. This includes managing social media accounts, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and delivering creative solutions to enhance brand visibility and communication. The role will also involve collaboration with the sales team and senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a brand champion, maintaining consistent messaging and a professional image for the company's training and engineering services brands. Design and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including print, digital advertising, and social media. Manage social media platforms, email marketing strategies, and website optimisation to enhance audience engagement. Oversee additional domains, including an online forum, ensuring all platforms align with the brand's tone and objectives. Organise and manage internal and external events such as conferences, exhibitions, and presentations to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to ensure marketing initiatives align with overarching business goals. Advocate for sustainability and green initiatives within the organisation. Experience & Skills Required The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Demonstrable success in a marketing management role. Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience in SEO, social media, and email marketing. Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Desirable Skills: Passion or experience in the engineering, personal development, or health and safety sectors. Practical experience with graphic design, videography, photography, or 3D CAD. Proven leadership and people management skills, including previous line management experience.
