A growing global travel tech company based in London Euston is currently looking for their Marketing Manager. They are a collaborative and friendly team of people and you will be taking ownership of all marketing activities and strategy (there is also a Digital Marketing Manager focused on the digital side). There will be the occasional trip too (Europe/US mainly). Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage the segment marketing plan Drive all marketing campaigns Promote a business, product, or service Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns Be responsible for initiatives, ideas and achieving targets for new lead generation (digital e-mails, mailouts, campaigns) Organise and manage event tradeshows, seminars and user groups, supporting with graphics, branding, social media posts, videography and photography starting from a clear brief to execution, review and learnings Create best practice content to be used on social media channels - Blogs, Articles, LinkedIn etc. Manage social media schedules. Campaign and database management using Pipedrive to ensure all data is maintained and consistent with the business objectives. Work closely with the Business Development team. Manage the marketing budget, provide reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities and return on investment of initiatives Support the Inside Sales team with campaigns to maximise leads and contacts Develop lead-generating campaigns able to reach new potential customers as well as maintain existing customers loyalty Bring ideas, inspiration, energy and an output focus to the team Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to think creatively and innovatively Budget-management skills and proficiency Professional judgment and discretion Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. Come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields At least 2 years of experience This is a hybrid role, 1 day a week in the office, sometimes 2 (max).
