Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to elevate our market presence. Lead consumer marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results. Oversee event planning and management, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. Manage communications strategies, including PR and internal messaging. Lead the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI. Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver marketing objectives. Inspire and lead a marketing team, fostering growth and excellence.
Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy and consumer marketing. Proven expertise in event management, communications, and budget management. Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies effectively. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
