Talent Hub are working with a multi-location brand, with sites across the UK. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive who is looking for a step up in their career. You will join as Marketing Manager and will oversee the entire customer journey from developing strategies to attract new customers, creating compelling digital content that will highlight the benefits and success of joining and being part of this organisation. You will be responsible for owning all elements of the marketing mix, driving lead generation, content creation, e-mail marketing campaigns, SEO and website management. Key responsibilities for this marketing manager job include: Lead the development and execution of their UK brand and marketing strategies with the objective of driving leads and enhancing their current brand engagement. Create compelling and effective lead generation and e-mail marketing campaigns, working closely with their PPC agency and collaborating with their CRM Manager to drive the development of customer life cycle campaigns. Own website management and SEO optimisation, improving user experience and overall conversion rate. Lead the strategic management of their social media channels with a strong focus on strategy channel growth and building engagement. Manage the production of digital assets across both print and digital formats utilising in-house designers and external suppliers, acting as their brand guardian. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, managing budgets, and analyzing data and overall campaign effectiveness. What you will need for this Marketing Manager job: A minimum of three years commercial integrated growth marketing experience, at Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager level. Degree educated or equivalent CIM in Marketing. Experience of social scheduling tools, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Analytics. Experience managing or mentoring a Marketing Executive. Experience of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Experience of managing budgets and delving into data analytics. A consumer-focused strategic marketing background within a lead generation focused environment. A deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing trends, e-mail marketing, and experience working with websites to create and drive successful digital content campaigns.
