Marketing Manager

who thrives on taking ownership of marketing activities and delivering measurable results. This role combines strategic thinking with action, as you'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that drive growth and align with our mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable managing all aspects of marketing—from strategy to execution—and who can ensure that initiatives are completed effectively. If needed, you’ll collaborate with external partners to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive community growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads for events, awards, and programs. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating organic content, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. Create and oversee a content strategy, ensuring all messaging aligns with our mission and resonates with a global audience. Design and maintain marketing materials, including email templates, social media graphics, and event collateral, to uphold a consistent brand identity. Establish KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reporting. Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Experience and Skills Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in strategy and execution. A strong background in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and digital platforms. Experience in managing paid ads campaigns as part of integrated marketing efforts. Proven ability to take full ownership of projects, manage resources, and drive results. A resourceful, can-do attitude with the ability to quickly pivot and find solutions when challenges arise. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, CRMs, and design tools like Canva. Apply Today!
