What’s on Offer? £45,000 – £55,000 Hybrid working Private healthcare Remote-first agency 25 days holiday & bank holidays Plenty of team events & socials Great training & development opportunities The Position Always looking to develop marketing opportunities in the best way possible, you’ll set the direction and plot the priorities to proactively engage audiences and develop narratives that will build relationships and increase the agency’s already stellar reputation. With your strong research skills and strategic approach, you’ll oversee a whole range of activities, creating bespoke solutions and innovative results across marketing and social media. You’ll become a source of inspiration for the team – a real ideas powerhouse and an effective communicator who knows just how to showcase each brand in the best possible light. What We’re Looking For A passionate Marketing Manager who can formulate great ideas and run with them. We’re after someone who perfectly balances their strategic mindset with their creative vision. You’ll have a proven track record of helping to build digital marketing strategies and you know how to make the most out of all the tools in your marketing arsenal. We’re looking for excellent writing, communication and decision-making skills, plus a strong eye for detail. Implementation experience is key here, and if you’ve worked in the professional services, even better!
