THE PERSON:
Must have experience in successful campaigns that show significant B2C sales growth.
Passionate and strategic marketer
Strong understanding of B2C sales marketing
Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
Proficiency in using marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms, etc.)
Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with diverse teams, and engage external partners effectively.
Empathy, creativity, and a commitment to raising awareness
THE ROLE:
Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and sales growth
Identify target segments, analyse consumer behaviours, and create tailored campaigns to increase brand presence and sales.
Track, measure, and optimise the performance of sales initiatives to ensure growth and ROI.
Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content across various platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.)
Increase brand visibility by identifying strategic partnerships and alliances with advocacy groups, influencers, and organisations.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and long-term brand goals.
Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimise future strategies.
Use insights to shape marketing strategies and continuously innovate to meet consumer expectations.
