Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing efforts for an innovative medical device company specializing in pain management and minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures. Covering the UK and European markets, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful campaigns, develop strong market positioning, and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing:

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals, focusing on increasing market share and brand awareness in pain management and minimally invasive orthopaedics. Campaign Management:

Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders. Product Launches:

Manage product launches across the UK and Europe, including market analysis, promotional strategies, and sales enablement tools. Market Insights:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies. Event Management:

Organize and oversee participation in conferences, trade shows, and educational workshops, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Digital Marketing:

Develop and manage digital strategies, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and SEO, to drive engagement and lead generation. Sales Collaboration:

Partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives, provide collateral, and track the effectiveness of campaigns in driving revenue. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and industry partners to promote the companys products and solutions. Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Masters degree is a plus). Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in the medical device healthcare industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple markets. Strong knowledge of the UK and European healthcare systems and regulatory environments. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics. Ability to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
