We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and drive our overall marketing strategy. Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will oversee a talented team of marketing professionals, including graphic designers and SEO/content specialists. The role spans a diverse range of responsibilities, including online marketing, event coordination, brand strategy, and collaboration with third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth. Drive awareness and customer acquisition through innovative lead generation and conversion campaigns. Oversee and optimise group websites to enhance customer engagement, improve performance, and boost conversion rates. Lead SEO initiatives to maintain competitive rankings and manage digital PR campaigns to amplify brand visibility. Manage external digital marketing agencies to ensure strong ROI on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook. Lead the execution of the brand marketing strategy to strengthen the company's local and national presence. Maintain consistent and impactful brand positioning across all marketing initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and execute events and trade shows on both national and international levels throughout the year. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generating actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies. Present regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI to senior management. Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.

Essential Skills and Attributes: Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and pressure. Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Demonstrated supervisory and mentorship experience, fostering team growth and success. Exceptional planning and project management abilities, with experience coordinating initiatives across multiple entities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a large organisation or similar setting. A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field. Expertise in creating go-to-market strategies and executing successful product/service launches. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including experience with analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
