Develop, lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
(digital, advertising, content SEO, video, print, email, events, PR and social media) that generate new clients, referrals, reactivations, retention and membership growth. Own the brand
- ensure Life Balance stands out, driving qualified traffic and engagement with consistent messaging across all channels to maximize brand visibility and reputation. Grow, mentor, inspire and manage a small team , driving results and operational excellence, and set, monitor, and report on team goals. Prepare, monitor and manage budgets , analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI. Build partnerships
with businesses, agencies, media outlets, vendors, influencers, ambassadors, and sponsorships. What We're Looking For:
Ability to work in Poole, Dorset, in the UK. We don't offer Visas. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Videography or CIM Qualification Level 4+
(Master's degree preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record
with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns that attract, engage, delight, and demonstrate ROI and measurable results. Proven leadership
- you thrive on solving problems creatively with 6+ years of B2C marketing experience (2+ years managing teams). Maintain a high sense of urgency, entrepreneurial work ethic , and resourcefulness required to drive business outcomes. Coachable with the attitude for feedback
required to learn with the ability to quickly, proficiently absorb, understand and act upon new information. System thinker with project management expertise
to handle multiple initiatives. Collaborative team player who takes full ownership of outcomes
and gets things done. Strong digital marketing skills
- SEO, PPC, storytelling content creation (inbound), brand building, and social media organic and paid campaigns. Aesthetic sense, grammatically sharp, and skilled in crafting persuasive, witty copy
across formats to drive engagement and conversions. Certification in
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush. Meticulous and data-driven , with strong analytical skills, numerical literacy, and experience tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and ensuring ROI through continuous improvement. Bonus:
Experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer goods marketing is a plus. What You'll Get:
